Just sold my house with Starkings & Watson, the whole process was smooth and efficient. From the house going on the market to completion took just 7 weeks (cash buyer helped with that). Communication from the whole team was excellent Janet Riches was assigned to liaise with us after we had accepted an offer and she kept a good line of communication with both sides solicitors easing the whole process.
