Information for Tenants

We cover town and country areas throughout Norfolk & Suffolk and all our properties are in good order. Our team will be happy to advise on local amenities such as schools, public transport and hospitals.

As required by law we charge no referencing fees or application fees.  Should your application be accepted, you would then be required to pay a ‘holding deposit’.  All information relating to tenant fees both prior to signing your tenancy agreement and also once you are a tenant of ours can be found by clicking here.
