With Christmas coming earlier this year due to economic headwinds, we fully expect Boxing Day to be one of the busiest days ever recorded on the major websites such as rightmove.co.uk, and of course our own website!  Putting the pandemic years to one side, a slower December when everyone’s priorities fall to planning for the big day (naturally!), Boxing Day is the starting gun for the New Year’s market!

This year is expected to be bigger and better than ever with many sellers having held off whilst the rates steadied in the last few weeks!  Here at Starkings & Watson we have a number of promotions running and have lots of properties which will be launched on Boxing Day and reduced in price to ensure a sale in January!
